Shelley Mitchell – Director – Shelley has been employed by LDAS since 1998.  She has worked her way up from a part-time facilitator position in the pilot project of the Adult Transition Program and became the director three years later.  In addition to Shelley’s administration background, she is a Canadian Certified Coach Practitioner.  Shelley oversees all operations in Regina and area and works closely with the Executive Director on program development.  She also represents Regina and area at the Board Level.

Prema Arsiradam – Director for the past 10 years.  She has a Master’s degree in Education, a Diploma in Inclusive Education, and an additional 17 years of teaching experience.  Prema also represents Prince Albert and area at the Board Level.
